93 honda accord died while driving ?
Car died out while driving, pulled to stop then tried to restart cranked over but would not fire. Checked for spark no spark ? Starter was on its way out, replaced that. Noticed a badly frayed main ground cable arked when trying to crank engine over. What component could have been damaged from this to cause a no spark issue ? Please help.. thank you !

If the CEL comes on and goes out after 2 seconds, when the ignition switch is turned to Position II, then focus on the distributor. Usually, replacing the igniter and coil solves the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new igniter.

It may be the fuel and spark relay not getting a good connection
