She won't eat or drink she won't stand up she poopes diareaeh all over her blanket I took her to the vet they don't know I don't know what to do

She is not eating or dring, won't hold herself up, poops all over her blanket I took her to the vet twice the first time he said it was cheep dog food, the second time he didn't know what is was... please help me I don't know what to do!!

Take her to a different vet. I can't believe that they didn't at least keep her at the clinic.

What tests did the vet do?

This is ludicrous. I have never heard of a vet that would dismiss a very sick dog, send it home without any diagnosis, medication or anything. You really need to find a new vet.

If she's not eating or drinking, and can't stand, it's just a matter of time before this illness takes her. You cannot stand around and hope she gets better, she needs medical intervention immediately.
