When I removed the head of the soap dispenser to fill the bottle, the tube stayed inside the bottle and only the top came off. Of course this is blocking me from filling up the bottle. I've been able to fill before but now I can't get the tube out. Any suggestions?

You climb under the sink and spin the soap bottle from the threaded fitting and then you fish the tube out.

Reinstall the bottle and push the tube into the soap dispenser and reinstall that... should be that simple.

I think that means the pump came apart. If so, its shot, worn out, go buy a new one.
