There's really no way to diagnose over the internet.

Tubals can fail, so your best bet is to try a pregnancy test using first morning urine, in about 2 weeks time.

Yes, you could be pregnant. Tubals are not 100%.

We already said that pregnancy is possible. We can't give a better guess than that. Diagnosing pregnancy requires a urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy. There's no way to do any of those tests online.

Try a pregnancy test using first morning urine when your period is two weeks late. That's really the only advice we can give.

As Alty said, we cannot possibly diagnose whether you are pregnant - it's your body and you can't tell.
