I can't figure out the name of this movie. It is in black and white. I'm thinking a 1930s movie and the plot is that a poor bum living on the streets is taken to a ball by a wealthy lady because she does not want to go with all the other rich guys. Also a clip from it plays in Gilmore Girls episode 110. Please help
