Me and an old friend had sex 2 days ago and during the sex my vagina became very sore now 2 days later my vagina itches very bad what could this be could it be a yeast infection or something worst it no bad smell but there is white stuff on my vaginal walls that isn't discharging

A possible UTI or even a STD. was it unprotected ? Also of course was it rough sex ?

Yes it was unprotected, and yes it was rough sex

Sounds like a yeast infection. There are over-the-counter meds for that.
