Well how do I start OK I been feeling nauseaous for the past 2 days and headache I threw up last night all of the sudden felt sick to my stomach and today feel the same I had my tubes tied 1 year now and I just had my period 1 week ago I get it sometimes 3-4 days early but last 3-4 days and I feel like butterflies sometimes I don't know what to think did anyone got pregnant after tubal ligation

Some women have (not I) but that doesn't mean you are pregnant. You could have the flu or a stomach virus. For now treat it as a virus - clear liquids only for 3 days. Broths and weak juices.
