My implanon expired march23 & It been 1 month &1 week since it has been expired so my question is could I possibly be pregnant cause in between that time I did have unprotected sex a couple of time & I was supposed to start my period yesterday but I didn't but I started lightly spoting please give a respond asap email is (removed per site rules).

No form of birth control is 100% effective.

The only way you are going to find out is by testing for it. But you have to wait until you are at least two weeks late to do it or you are wasting your time and money.
