I have been on the pill for about 2 and a half years now. And recently, for about 3 or 4 days I've been experiencing brown spotting. And I still have a week till I get my period. At first it was light brown, and now it's a little darker. It won't stop. What could this be? I also have felt lower abdominal pain, sort of like cramps but a little deeper/painful. I made an appointment with my gyno for Monday afternoon and more than likely I'm going to have to get an ultrasound. I just want to know some suggestions because I can't wait till Monday, and I get my period Wednesday. Anyone felt this before?
