My compressor has stop working. Last week the condensing fan was not running . So I check the cap and it was bad.. I replace the 5uf for fan also the 25uf for compressor. Now the comp just hums.. I check volts 230 at comp. I also check com 1.3 and start 3.5 and start to run 4.8 which I tought was good. I bought a hard start didn't help just hums. I just now check overloads which reads1.321 k ohm .can I bypass overs to troubleshoot
