Unpaid tuition sent to State Attorney General becomes judgment
Here's a little synopsis of the situation. Went ta a school 7 years ago. Financial aid fell through, had a big tuition bill... couldnt pay it, account when to State Attorney General, it went into judgment because I was only making minimum wage and was unable to pay anything. ITS not a Student LOAN. Can it be expunged with bankruptcy?

If it wasn't a federally insured student loan, then maybe.

Why don't you caps off tell us what kind of loan it was, what it specifically was for?

If it was not any form of student loan, yes, it can be discharged.

I would suggest that snapping at the very people who are trying to help you is not going to help your cause.
