Hi, I have a newly finished ceiling in a two-room 500sf space. The installers will leave it ready for the painter. Can anyone ballpark the cost for priming and painting this ceiling? A range would be good, as I know supplies and labor vary by region. But what would be the absolute most you can conceive of this costing?

There is no posible way for us to guess at what this job would cost in your area of the country...

Call 2 or 3 painters and ask them for free estimates... ONLY way to get an idea of what is reasonable!

I agree with Mark. There are too many variables.

Height of ceiling, number of lights if any, crown molding if any.

Make sure that all estimates are written out and the same.
