    Spot on penis?
Woke up with a spot on the shaft, it similar to a spot which you would get on the face etc.. I have squeezed it and puss has come out and keeps coming back, what should I do? By the way I have never experienced sexual interaction apart from kissing

Pimples, cysts (raised bubbles of skin filled with water, oil, hair, or pus), and bumps of all kinds appear in moist areas of the body in both men and women. Some go away, some don't. Keep it CLEAN and as dry as possible and stop squeezing it. Answer back in a week if it's still not gone.

    Never heard of sudocream.
Clean and dry. Dry means astringents, not creams. Peroxide or denatured alcohol, both very cheap in a drugstore.

Sudocrem.. OK (not sold in the US where I am).
Again, that's a cream. It won't hurt to have the antiseptic part because you don't want bacteria entering the hole in the pimple, but cream won't help get rid of a pimple. You want drying products. I would use one of the 2 products I said. Put a dot of cream on the top, at most.
