Estate assets from grandmother's will from 2007
My gran died and my uncle was executor. He never gave anyone what was in her will. He recently died and the current executor won't let us get the items. There was a separate contract as to the items that if he moved or died, we would get our things. She is refusing. Do I have any recourse?

Both estates, the first one and now his, need to be resolved in court, you take this to probate court

You need to be clear on this 'separate contract' (outside of the will).
I presume you mean a list of possessions inside a home, rather than real estate and money?
The executor of the uncle's estate has no obligation to honor something that isn't in his will.
If the items were listed in the grandmother's will, then you go to probate court. It will be harder now with the years that have passed and your uncle gone too.
