Today I had very Mild cramps & I'm still currently feeling them on & off. I have not came on my period yet. I have 2 more days until I do. But my cramps for my period are MORE severe to the point where I need Some pain pills to calm the cramping down. The cramps that I'm having now are really mild. Could this be a sign of pregnancy ?

Yes, it could be a sign of pregnancy. It could also be PMS, or food poisoning, or the stomach flu, or many other things.

Wait until your period. If you miss it, test two weeks after, using first morning urine.

Pregnancy symptoms are not reliable when trying to diagnose pregnancy.
