I'm pretty sure this is a lifetime movie probably made in the 90's that is about a woman who gets pregnant by her boyfriend and doesn't want the baby but he does but she eventually changes her mind and wants to keep it(think it's a boy) it turns out that the father of the baby is crazy and comes after her and the baby. The only scene I remember is she's climbing up the edge of a very tall building with the baby and the guy is chasing after her then finally they reach the top and he gets hold of the baby only it's a doll.

Goodness! That movie copies a lot from "Daddy's Gone A-Hunting" (1969)! That was a huge theatrical hit when I was in high school but nowadays seems to be nearly forgotten.
