This is a single handle bathtub/shower handle. I get only very hot water, no cold. I pulled off the handle, sleeve and red ring. I tried to rotate the white tabs but it was very tight and I didn't want to snap it off. How can I adjust to make it rotate from cold to hot? Any position now just gives very hot water only.
