I'm almost 4mos pregnant all of a sudden I started burping gassy burps like every half hr the first 2 hrs after that more constantly and more gassy and acidy and has a very foul smell like rotten eggs and now my stomachs real bloated I've tried to use the restroom my urine is normal I don't have any bowel movement and tried to see if I needed to vomit but I don't just have really bad acid reflects and can't stop burping these foul smelling burps is it possible I could have miscarried the baby

Please anyone help!! Is this normal or should I be real worried n rush to the hospital I'm freaking out help pleassssse!!

Now, I've never heard of these symptoms as symptoms of miscarriage. It sounds more like you have gas and/or heartburn. If you are concerned you need to seek medical attention in person as we cannot diagnose via the internet.
