Recently got a plumber in to fix what sounded like water leaking inside the toilet. Now, after flushing I have got what sounds like a pftt sound, then a loud bang.

I still also have the leaking sound back as well unless I move the lid of the toilet then it stops.

PS The plumber is not replying to my calls or text messages. HELP!!

PSS I am a woman, and whilst I am learning new skills re DIY, I have not got very far with plumbing, so I am a bit "challenged"when it comes to building terms.
