Last month I spotted two week before my period and then when my period was supposed to come. This month I had spotting on an off for eight days, and it stopped the night before my expected period date. On the day of my expected period (4-25-13) I got nothing and still haven't had any bleeding. My period cones like clockwork. I have had cramping,lower back pain,nausea, irritability/emotional, sleeping problems,fatigue etc. Yes I have unprotected sex but I am on bcp and yes I missed 3-4 this pack and 9 in the last pack. I do not need a lecture about protection I already know. My question is could I be pregnant or just have a wonky period?

You could be pregnant.

If you missed pills the spotting you're experiencing could be because of the missed pills. But, missing pills greatly increases your chances of pregnancy.

Have you tried a pregnancy test using first morning urine? If so, when?

Try taking another. Make sure to use first morning urine.
