I have two boyfriends one that's 22 jerry and one that's 31 jeremy. I love them both and I told them both I cheated on them they still want to be with me but I only want to be with one guy Im not sure what to do I attempted to break up with jeremy but he's a crybaby and always ends up in the hospital he has heart attacks and I feel bad I mean he's a great guy but I think I want to let him go but he's overly obsessed. What should I do?

How old are you? Dump them both.

You should think about starting over and realize why you were with 2 men at the same time. Make a fresh break. Don't do it again. Commitment is something you should prize not play a game with.

Thanks for the advice I want to do what's right and stop cheating so I guess I'll start fresh I always do the same thing over and over and I want to stop cheating. Thanks

Yea he has a unique blood disorder were he can't workout and has clots all over and has had a stroke already

You need to figure out why your doing it over and over. After you find out then you can make a commitment. Until then you shouldn't commit because your having issues with doing so.

There is nothing wrong with taking a break. In fact your much better off learning to rely on yourslef so you can participate in someone else's life rather then being co-dependent on a relationship for your identity. Sort yourself out and learn to stand on your own 2 feet.

Heart attacks AND a stroke?
