I live in a private rented accommodation claiming housing benefits to that address my landlord attending the place without giving me notice and bring round other people yesterday I seen damage done to the property done by himself and blaming that damage on me he also went to the property and changed the lock to my front door which is now unlocked what should I do with him

The landord is entereing the premises, showing the place to people without your permission, and changed the lock? What state or country are you in?

And, by-the-way, what do you mean "claiming housing benefits"? You receive some sort of housing-related welfare?

the country I'm living is england mainly in gloucestershire

claiming housing benefit - housing related welfare = yes

Have you been paying each month's rent in full and on time?
Is there anything you aren't telling us about why the landlord would want you out so eagerly and without going through the eviction process? Has he given you any notice to leave, in writing?
