We have a Kenmore model 110.20022011 washer. Had to stop it during wash cycle to add something. Now the motor runs, but it does nothing and the lights aren't working either, nor is it filling with water-lid isn't locking either. HELP!!

The problem is either the fill switch and/or the water valves. You will need to test them with a meter and check the inlet screens. If you can fill it with water and nothing happens after that then the problem is the water level switch which is a single-pole/double-throw switch. It's easy to test with an ohm meter.
