For the past few days my fingernails have been yellow and I've tasted blood. I've also had some bloody urine but considering my medical record and sicknesses I know that it could be a bladder infection so I'm trying to drink more, less-caffinated drinks, but even if it is, I've never had it happen like this. Some help, please?

What does it mean when you see those symptoms. It means it is time to go to the ER. Bloody coming out of ANY orifice is reason enough to go to a hospital. Bloody stays on the inside, when that isn't true it means that there is something up. It might just be a Bladder or UTI, but it could be very serious.

Please go see a doctor. Even if it is just a UTI, you still need antibiotics to treat it, otherwise you risk major kidney damage.
Especially with the combination of nail changes you should consider this with the bloody urine a potentially serious finding. It could be anything from liver, lung, diabetes, or even kidney disease.

The nail changes could also just be a fungus, but like I said before with your other symptoms, I would have been at the doctor ages ago.
