I am a two time convicted felon. I know there is Banks that will give small business loans to convicted felons. I've been looking online for them so I can find out were and what I need to provide them so I can go and apply for one. I live in Independence, MO 64050. There are no banks which give loans to a specific category of citizens, such as ex-felons. There may be support groups/church groups that do, but those are local.

You need to put together a business plan and apply for funding like everyone/anyone else.

Like Judy says... you won't get special treatment from a bank simply because you're a convicted felon. You apply for the loan just like everyone else does.
