For the first time I have an error message on my controller it is the bed that goes up and down and vibrates and has the vibration massager , king;
I have an error message errr the showing up on the remote control I replaced all the batteries the black boxes that are underneath the bed when I push the button a show both read I do not know what to do

I would call their tech support or customer service line and see what they can tell you.
