Does and Idaho Employer have to pay Per Diem to an employee when he/she is sent out of town by that employer? If so where can this be found in the Idaho Labor Law.

No employer is legally required to pay a per Diem to any employee under the law... they could reimburse only for actual expenses within certain limits... with receipts..
