I drank 10 beers on Friday night from 6pm until 2am. Then on Saturday I drank 14 beers from 6pm until 2am. I have an ETG alcohol urine test on Wednesday at 3pm. Besides drinking water will it help to go for a run? I am a male 5'9 and 190 pounds do you think I will have enough time to test negative?
