I received a ticket from the red light camera on Wilshire Blvd. That day and the day after there were city employees working on the camera. I need to file a Discovery Motion with the BH Police Department to obtain the work records for the camera on 5/21/12 and 5/22/12. Not sure how I would be able to obtain a template to submit the request. Can you please help?
