    Grandparents rights
My son tells me that the mother of my grandchild wants nothing to do with me and says it's in the child custody agreement. It doesn't make any sense to me and I was told that the agreement is in public records. 1) is that true? 2) how do I go about getting a copy? I've checked the state websites but to no avail. Without starting an all out war and requesting to see them, I'd rather do it on my own.

I love my little grandson and if this isn't so, I want to see him.

They can't agree on something in court that affects you. The courts can render instructions that pertain to you. That is about all. If they used a lawyer then call there and explain things. They can tell you where to find what your seeking if it exists.
