Hi for the last two days I've had this painful twisting burning sensation in upper abdominal area and a lot of belching long with nausea. I took a laxative which did not help at all, any ideas or solutions?

You can visit your doctor so they can examine you and determine if its somethnig that needs immediate attention.

Gas itself is nothing to worry much about... buit pain that is lasting is an indicator to see a doctor.

If the pain rises to the level of agony... then I have to ask why you haven't been to a doctor yet?
