Hi Doc...

My Partner and I have been have intercourse and he has ejectulated in me numerous times as we are trying to get pregnant but still nothing I even took a pregnancy test and it came back negative... I have been having some serious pains,even from before on my lower right side/stomach and my lower back,could it be endometriosis?could I be infertile?

Far, far too little history about either one of you, sorry, from ages and time spent trying to tests you have had done to your general health. You are going to have to see a doctor in person, and eventually (after about 3 years of trying) have tests done on both of you, if you can afford the costs.
As for pain, it could be ANYTHING. Lower right side? Could be your appendix, for starters. Any woman trying to get pregnant should have a regular doctor anyway.
