Kraft paper is excellent. 50 lb. is very strong, 30 lb. is less strong and cheaper.

Paper is discouraged by ALL carriers. It rips, and then the label is lost. A strong cardboard box only. Certainly not the glossy pictured cardboard boxes that many products come in; they are not strong enough, and wrapping them in Kraft paper doesn't help at all.

Most carriers also have their own packages that are good to use.

Do not wrap in paper. Use a box and cross off all old stickers. USPS does not recommend paper. I use USPS priority whenever possible.
