Have you spoken to your doctor about this? Sometimes hair growth can signal illnesses (anorexia and hirsutism to name a few), that they'll know to look for.

As for getting rid of the hair without shaving, if your really self conscious about it you could try Nair. It's a chemical hair removal that they sell in most stores, I tried it once and it made me break out in a rash wherever I put it, but it must work for some people because it's still on the market.
Really, though I wouldn't mess with the hairs unless they're really visible. Most people have some amount of extra hair on their bodies.

I think its supposed to last for a few weeks. It should say on the bottle, or on their website. I know in their commercial they claim it lasts longer than shaving, though I doubt it.

You could also try waxing the hair, depending on where it's at. That might be cheaper than the Nair, and I know that works.
