    A guy used my id last year and got tickets for driving, can he still be charged?
    Last year my photo id went missing , some guy found it and used it when he was pulled over by police and got tickets for driving using my id , can he still be charged?

    No one knew including myself cause I don't drive only found out in the last week

    If you never reported it.. they are going to assume it was you. And without that report, that's what they are going to do.

    Are you the one who used someone else's ID... why are you so worried about if someone to stole your ID might be charged or not? Something sounds really strange here.. . I'd be asking the Police for charges to be brought if it was my ID that was stolen, and I would have done it last year.
