    Yeah.. all they need is evidence that person did it. It would have usually been withdrawn over insufficient evidence in the first place.

    It was withdrawn by the accuser now she wants to reinstate the matter.

    It's their right... its not double jeap[rody until you've actually been tried for it once and had a judgement issued. Assuming the statute of limitations hasn't run out.

    Of course just bringing charges on its own doesn't mean it will even make it to a trial.
