    Back to usa
I am 18 years old with dual citizenship: I lived in the USA with my parents as a child but eventually my mom and I came back to my home country. So I studied at high school here and met the love of my life- she was my best friend at the beginning, and turned out to be my lover. We have been together 4 years, and I want to go back to the USA together with her. Our dream is to live in California. It seems so close to come true now: she is accepted at a university there, and she also has relatives, US citizens, willing to sponsor her. Her family is really nice. We may live in her relatives' house, they say, I will work and she will study. My parents don't care about me, I don't want them to know. May I settle things for her visa?

Sorry but too soon for you... petitioner must be 21 years of age. It means you cannot get married and file for spouse visa.

She should file for student visa with her parents as sponsor, and maintain status until you reach the age of 21.

    Good luck..
