My husband is in the isap program since September 2012 and he is going to have inmigration appearance in L.A. in may the 14th 2013. But he was arrested on April 19th 2013 under the charge of burglary. Now his view court is on April 23rd at San Bernardino Court. Can be deportable immediately after this date or he has to wait in jail until inmigration court?

He should be on the way to his home country in two weeks after the court date.
