Bank of America Motion for Summary Judgment
I have a similar problem with boa in a foreclosure, they have agreed to enter into a consent judgement with me .The plaintiff has already filed the motion to appear before the judge, and now I get a letter from boa telling me they have transferred my servicing rights to another mortgage co. and I will have to deal with them. Can they do this nad does this mean I need to start all over again with the new mortgage co.or do they have to honor our agreement.

Because your question being in anther thread could have been confusing, I moved your post to its own thread.

The new loan servicer will have to abide by the agreed-upon judgment. You might want to, at the hearing, make sure that the judge and the plaintiff's attorney know about this. Also send the new servicer a copy of the consent judgment..

Where (what state) is this, by the way?
