I was wondering what's happens if have no contact order and your on probation and you get in trouble with the person your not suppose to be with, and your doing all the classes and the order has been ask to be lifted by the victim and its your first probation violation?

If a person violates a Court Order he/she can be arrested. Is that the question?

If it's a parole violation the person can be incarcerated.
