    Can she be pregnant?
My girlfriend and I had unprotected sex. I did not penetrate as she was a virgin. I also did not then, but had just 30 minutes earlier. She was just a couple of days from her expected period. She "had" her period, but it could have been implantation bleeding? I'm not sure, but the bleeding lasted five days and from what she said was only a "little" light, but the right color. Could she be pregnant?

How did you have unprotected sex but did not penetrate? I don't understand your question.

    Okay...
If you stuck your penis in near or around her vagina without using any sort of contraceptive or protection then YES she could be pregnant.
If you had oral sex aka her or your mouth on the partners genital region then no, she probably isn't pregnant.

I think we need clarification. I don't know if you meant it the way you wrote it, but according to your post you didn't penetrate her but then you did. It can't be both.

Penetration isn't needed to get a girl pregnant. It's rare, but it does happen, a virgin birth doesn't only happen in the bible.

But, from your post, it sounds like there was penetration, which increases the chances of pregnancy.

Apparently OP changed post #2 - I don't think I'd hold my breath, waiting for a response.
