Smallish hard reddish bump on the lower right side of vaginal area any idea as to what this could be and how I can get rid of it?

Both men and women get all kinds of bumps around the pubic area because of moisture and being closed in from air and sensitive skin. Pimples and cysts are most common, assuming your don't have an STD. Cysts can be filled with water, fat, hair. Keep clean, pat dry, and air dry as often as you can.

Do you think I should be worried it is rather sore.
