    Vaginal infection
    I would like to know if this could be an infection my vagina is itching and burning and it let's out a thick white fluid

    You vagina isn't always dry. White discharge is normal. Any other color of discharge can indicate infection, but the issue with your post is that there's itching. The itching indicates an infection.

    We can't diagnose online,and you will have to see a doctor who will test for infection. It's most likely a yeast infection, but without being able to test, I can only guess. To get an answer you'll need to see your doctor.
