It's a TV show called Austin and Ally.

It's about as stupid as TV can get - and maybe more so.

I suppose if you ask the actors they'd know if they like each other.

No they are not dating but you can tell ross likes laura by the way he looks @ her
On interveiws so it might happen. Also A reporter asked if ross would ever date her and he said " not right now because of austin and ally but who knows what will happen in ten years! "
