How do I connect a track light with 3 wires to a junction box with 7 wires?
The track light has a white wire; black wire; and a green wire

The junction box has 7 wires: 1white wire and 1black wire together on one side; next to it is 1 white wire and 1 black wire together.
On the other side is 1 black, 1 white, 1 red wires together

A ceiling light is connected to these wires.the ceiling light has 2wires.1 black , 1 white. Black wire from light is connected to red wire from junction box; white wire from light is connected to 3 white wires from junction box.

Where do I connect my track light wires?
    Thank you

If this replaces existing light, connect where it connected.
Other wise connect white to white, green wire to ground, and the black to one of the other wires that works with a switch. Trial and error if you have no meter.
