    Leaving the state without permission
I left da state without permission from my PO. I had to mail in for the month before because I only have to check in every other month. I put the address I was suppose to put on the letter. But the post mark has a different state on it and my PO noticed that. Can I be violated even if he not sure I left the state.

    Hello t:

Sure he can. A parole violation does NOT have to be proven BEYOND a reasonable doubt. Look. I'm sure you're beating yourself up about it, but WHY did you think he wouldn't notice it?? Really.

Of course, and of course he knows you are not, the post mark shows where the letter was mailed from.
