My question is:
Can I pray with my existing ablution after I touch a women unintentionally with out hijab while am passing her on a road ?

Pray? You mean mental prayer or sitting properly on carpet and praying. In any case, you can pray without second thought in mind. That women haven't affected your mind or soul. People prayed in battle grounds, offices etc. touching someone will not affect anything.
