Your nephew's behavior probably has nothing to do with anyone who might have died in the house.

Check with neighbors, the local paper, the library, and local/county historical societies in the area.

How long have you been in the home? Did this start with your nephew "staring"?

Are the adults seeing more in this behavior than is really there and are misinterpreting it? Children stare and laugh at all sorts of things and also feed off adults' behavior and gestures.

We've been in this house for 9months and things have started to take a twist in his behavior.

The adults were not scared at all until he started to act weird. And the adults act good around the kids and have never done anything to frighten them

Do you belong to a church? In internet land, we can't say whether your house has an unwanted spirit in it or not... we can only offer suggestions and advice. If you feel you really do have something in the home... I would contact a local church and have them pray with you, the children and the home.
