    Trying to conceive
My husband and I have a daughter who will be 10 in May and we are ready to have another :) My husband has not came inside me for 10 years he always pulls out. About 3 days before my period we made love and he came inside of me. I got my period like normal but now I just don't feel like myself. I'm sooo unusually tired. Do you think I could be pregnant?

Say happy birthday to your little girl! xx sounds like fatigue, so maybe! Do you get tired from standing a lot? If so, then maybe. The only way to know for sure is a pregnancy test or more accurately a doctor's appointment. Just to be safe, stay off the alcohol and ciggies (if you smoke) just in case. Good luck xxx

If you got a regular period, as scheduled, chances are "no." It could be anything - and, of course, there is always a possibility of pregnancy with or without protection.

    How to you feel "different?"

I don't smoke or drink so I'm good there. I'm going to wait a while to take a test. I am always tired and all I do is stand at work. Usually I can go for 6 to 7 hrs without sitting down. Last night I had to sit down I couldn't take it any longer. Thank you for your feedback :)

No, during the first few weeks, there are no signs of pregnancy, almost always the first sign will be a missed period. There are many reasons for it,

There is always a chance, but without knowing your dates, its very difficult to say. It's unlikely you were fertile only three days before your period. Since your period did come, the odds of pregnancy are very slim.

The most common "schedule" is that the first day of your period is the first day of your cycle. Around cycle days 10-14 you (might be) fertile. Day 28-30 is when you get your next period and IF you are pregnant you will start to notice symptoms around that time or up to 4 weeks later.

Of course, its impossible to say if you are pregnant on the Internet, and fatigue is not enough of a sign. Ask for a blood test from your doc for the most accurate result.
