Upstairs bath hot water not coming out off tap . Sink in the same bathroom hot water working OK, all other taps in the house both upstairs and down stairs working OK . En-suite shower in a different bathroom working OK.

Thought it might need a new washer , if so will I need to drain tank and turn off the water . Stop tap is under the sink in the kitchen ?
